Heather specializes in helping clients with specific problems, including recovery from accidents and chronic pain management. She holds certifications in sports massage and massage therapy for fibromyalgia, making her particularly suited for athletes and fibromyalgia sufferers. She performs the Raindrop Technique®, combining targeted massage with essential oils.
With over 8 years of experience as a Licensed Massage Therapist, Heather previously worked in healthcare as a home health aide and CNA for adults with dementia and other disabilities. She graduated from Lakeside School of Massage Therapy and East-West Healing Arts Institute.
Heather's technique focuses on firm touch incorporating compression, stretching, and trigger point therapy. She specializes in hip/gluteal issues, chronic neck and shoulder stiffness, low back pain, carpal tunnel syndrome, and extreme stress. She is also experienced working with chemotherapy patients.
